If it wasn't finding her rushing around the cold to save animals, it would apparently be finding her passed out in meadows. Had the girl all heart but no sense, to be out here alone? Well, nearly alone. Kiga certainly counted as someone, although there was only so much a wolverine could do. Kiga might be awake to witness Draco's arrival, landing a distance away so to be quieter and not wake her. A tree branch torn down and a burst of fire later, shivering in the cold wouldn't be a problem much longer.

When she does inevitably awaken, Pod will find a nice big campfire having been built nearby and a coat of red velvet and gold trim draped over her like a blanket. Who she'll find will also not be a dragon, but an old man sitting on a log on the other side of the fire, prodding it with a stick as he makes sure it has enough fuel.

It's still Draco, of course, but in an entirely unfamiliar form. Smaller, less likely to draw attention, although if she keeps on sleeping until night, he'll end up turning right back to big and scaly.
