Lia hands her the rabbit and the bird for her to see to, taking another break beneath the covers to thaw out. The cold is bitter and she doesn't want to risk being out in it too long, all things considered.

She helps what she can with what Pod is doing, deciding now she is in for a long afternoon but this can only hone her skills. Perhaps afterward she might be able to coax the girl inside at least for a breath of time.

For now she's content to repeat the cycle of finding animals and returning them, then settling in for the warmth.
